Q: What is the standard processing time for all orders?
Orders are usually shipped out within 4 business days. Please allow an extra day for orders placed after 12 PM HKT or on weekends.
Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions or social distancing procedures, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.
Q: Do you ship to P.O box addresses?
Sorry we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE MAKING A RETURN, AND DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
- You can return/exchange it in 30 days.
- Please email us at service@yundoom.com with “RETURN” in the subject line and include your order number and the reason for return.
- You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Any item with a manufacturing defect acknowledged by the Company may be subject to an exchange or refund. In this case, we will cover return shipping costs and we will send you a Colissimo return label.
HERE IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE GUIDELINE:
- Simply email us your order numberor email used to place the order at service@yundoom.com for the easy return. No question asked.
- We will email you a free return label or guide you to ship back to our return center.
- Our return center will process all the returns/exchange every two days.
REFUNDS
*Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
